Stock Associate - Rosemont

Summary

Stock Associate responsible for maintaining back of house operations and supporting sales and management at the Rosemont store. Role includes receiving shipments, processing transfers and client orders, preparing for inventories, and maintaining visual and cleanliness standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stockroom and sales floor to company visual and cleanliness standards
• Receive and ship product deliveries and communicate shipment discrepancies to management
• Process internal product transfers and client orders in a timely manner
• Prepare and execute cycle counts and annual inventory tasks
• Resolve product inventory discrepancies and make adjustments
• Support store team to exceed customer expectations
• Prepare stockroom and sales floor for inventory periods

Requirements

• 1+ years retail experience with focus on back of house responsibilities
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational follow up and time management skills
• Computer skills including POS and Microsoft Office
• Flexibility to work retail schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
• Ability to lift and move up to approximately 50 pounds
• Ability to bend stoop kneel climb ladders and stand for duration of shift
