Summary
The Stock Controller partners with store operations and sales teams to execute operational duties and ensure compliance with company procedures, manage inventory and shipping receiving processes, and support store staff to maintain inventory accuracy and service standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage inventory, shipping and receiving procedures
- Oversee delivery of incoming and outgoing shipments
- Direct staff for store inventories and collaborate with Stock Associates
- Maintain stock both back of house and front of house to operations guidelines
- Provide customer service regarding repairs and return of merchandise
- Achieve inventory level accuracy including UPT updates
- Support store staff to comply with inventory maintenance and operations procedures
- Adhere to company operational policies and procedures
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years retail operations experience
- Prior experience in luxury retail preferred
- Proven track record of inventory management and availability reporting
- Proficient computer knowledge including MS Word Excel and Outlook
- Ability to move and handle merchandise and boxes up to 40 pounds
- Ability to work varied hours including overtime with short notice
- Strong attention to detail and ability to read analyze reports and perform calculations
- Must be authorized to work in the country and be 18 years or older
