Stock Supervisor - New York Fifth

As a Stock Supervisor at our NYC Fifth Avenue Boutique, you will oversee the organization and management of all back-of-house stock and supply areas. You will ensure operational efficiency, support inventory accuracy, and lead stock team members in executing daily tasks aligned with brand standards.

• Ensure stockroom organization to maximize store productivity.
• Monitor stock levels and support activities of client advisors.
• Act as a role model ensuring the highest level of client service.
• Represent the brand as an ambassador by promoting its values and ambitions within the marketplace.
• Manage stockroom organization in accordance with DG directives and procedures.
• Ensure efficient and fast replenishment of merchandise on the selling floor.
• Provide training support on system and stockroom guidelines to new stock keepers.
• Participate in daily store meetings to communicate current business trends and motivate employees.
• Identify and report store maintenance issues and work closely with Corporate to resolve them.
• Ensure receipt, quantities, tagging, and deliveries of products in a timely manner.
• Prepare new items for display in collaboration with Client Advisors.
• Control and supervise transfers and other operations in a timely manner.
• Plan and undertake inventory operations and monitor loss-prevention.
• Oversee and confirm all receipts, deliveries, and outgoing packages.
• Maintain loss prevention standards through awareness and adherence to store policies.
• Manage staff uniforms and order office supplies.

• 2+ years of retail operations experience.
• Experience managing a luxury retail stock room.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Overall organization and attention to detail.
