Summary
The Store Director leads and develops store sales and operations to meet sales and profitability targets while delivering exceptional client experiences and embodying company values. This role partners with the Market Vice President, builds influence within the store and broader community, and cultivates an entrepreneurial and service-driven team culture.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support sales and operations to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and motivate managers and sales teams to drive client development and product pillar performance.
- Manage client relationships and deliver memorable in-store experiences and service excellence.
- Coach teams on guest experience, selling ceremony, and use NPS feedback to improve service.
- Optimize hospitality and store amenities to enhance customer experiences.
- Hire, develop, and retain talent while fostering diversity and inclusive environments.
- Assess team capabilities and create development plans to support career growth.
- Utilize reward recognition and performance management processes to improve engagement and results.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of sales management experience in retail or luxury retail or related client-focused industries.
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals and generating business opportunities.
- Flexibility to work nontraditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to develop and maintain client relationships and drive brand penetration in market.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and point of sale and client tracking systems.
- Willingness to perform various roles on the sales floor and in operations as needed.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
