Summary
The Store Director leads the flagship Madison Avenue men's location, driving strategy to achieve sales and KPI targets while ensuring operational excellence, exceptional client experience, and a high performing, diverse team through coaching, recruitment, and development.
Responsibilities
- Create and execute store strategy to drive long term sustainable results through people and product.
- Deliver sales plan and influence overall performance KPI targets.
- Own store P&L and optimize payroll and expense management.
- Lead employee lifecycle processes including recruitment, succession planning, compensation reviews, and performance management.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines and reduce fill time and turnover.
- Foster a culture of coaching, feedback, accountability, and strong team engagement.
- Ensure operational efficiencies, presentation standards, stock room management, and store cleanliness.
- Drive client acquisition, retention, and spend through data capture and tailored outreach.
- Resolve customer and employee issues and escalate to partners as needed.
