Summary
Lead and manage the new Oakridge boutique, driving sales and team performance through strategic planning, operational excellence, and strong client development. Provide decisive leadership, collaborate with corporate partners, and ensure execution of brand standards to achieve store KPIs and long term growth.
Responsibilities
- Drive the sales team to meet budget targets and monitor store KPIs.
- Develop and update annual store strategies and business plans with the RVP of Retail east.
- Collaborate cross functionally with merchandising, retail operations, and corporate teams to improve performance.
- Manage personnel and discounting costs to align with financial projections.
- Coach and develop direct reports, preparing them for advancement.
- Ensure consistent execution of selling standards and visual merchandising guidelines.
- Oversee scheduling, payroll accuracy, and adherence to store policies.
- Work with Retail Operations on loss prevention and inventory management.
- Build client relationships and implement client development strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum ten years of experience in luxury retail or with luxury items.
- Proven management experience with ability to develop and inspire diverse teams.
- Strong strategic thinking, decision making, and action planning skills.
- Knowledge of local marketing, media landscape, and stakeholder relationship building.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn store operation software.
- Understanding of retail KPIs and experience using reporting tools for business analysis.
