Summary
The Store Director leads store strategy, operations, people development, and client experience to drive business performance and exemplify luxury service culture. This role oversees sales, team leadership, inventory control, visual standards, and local market engagement while ensuring operational integrity and brand representation.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the store team to deliver exceptional client service and after-sales experience.
- Drive sales performance and KPIs through strategic planning and on-floor leadership.
- Manage stock levels, inventory reconciliations, and loss prevention activities.
- Oversee store operations including payroll submission, scheduling, and merchandise shipments.
- Coordinate local events and product launches to build brand presence and client attendance.
- Implement CRM initiatives and clienteling tools to retain and develop top clients.
- Ensure adherence to visual merchandising standards and health safety procedures.
- Recruit, onboard, and retain talent while managing employee relations with People Partners.
- Monitor local market trends and competitor activity to inform store strategy.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to analyze sales reports and trends.
- Proven ability to drive client loyalty and measurable sales results.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook.
- High degree of professionalism ethics integrity and leadership capability.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays.
