Summary

The Store Manager is responsible for managing and operating a single boutique, ensuring achievement of sales goals, maintaining brand image and store presentation, controlling expenses, and leading staff through training and development. This role emphasizes client service, inventory control, merchandising, and effective decision making to ensure smooth store operations.

Responsibilities

• Achieve store sales goals and maximize productivity of resources.
• Control store expenses and oversee inventory control.
• Ensure exemplary levels of client service through coaching and monitoring staff.
• Maintain merchandise presentation and overall store presentation and upkeep.
• Recruit, train and develop staff with measurable development plans.
• Create team morale initiatives, contests and group activities.
• Manage scheduling to ensure adequate coverage and synchronized manager presence.
• Conduct regular store meetings and daily reviews of sales expectations and priorities.
• Recommend sales and marketing strategies to achieve goals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of high-volume retail management experience.
• Extensive experience in luxury retail management.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
