Summary

Lead and develop the store team to achieve business goals while delivering an exceptional client experience. Accountable for driving sales performance, building client relationships, and overseeing store operations and budget. Recruit, coach, and mentor staff to foster engagement and professional growth within a luxury retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on sales leadership and role model selling on the sales floor
• Develop client portfolios and drive client repurchase and cross-selling initiatives
• Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure efficient floor management
• Recruit, train, and develop store team members with individualized development plans
• Supervise store budget and financial performance to meet targets
• Implement actions to identify and capture business opportunities
• Report to the Regional Vice President and execute regional directives

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in a client centric retail environment
• Strong sales management skills with focus on client development
• Experience in recruiting, coaching, and team development
• Operational experience overseeing store workflows and budgets
• Passion for presence on the sales floor and direct client interaction
