Store Manager - Century City

Summary

The Store Manager serves as the Brand Leader for the Century City store, responsible for achieving business objectives, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional client service. This role oversees daily store operations, inventory and financial controls, and represents the brand in the marketplace while developing and growing the store team. The Manager partners with regional leadership to analyze performance and implement strategies to maximize productivity and client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and productivity through KPI management (sales, UPT, conversion, repurchase rate, productivity, inventory).
• Conduct business analysis and implement action plans with the Regional Director to grow the business.
• Provide sales leadership on the floor, engage top clients and support product launches, events and consignment programs.
• Recruit, onboard, coach and develop store staff; manage performance, career pathing and employee relations with HR partnership.
• Oversee daily operations including scheduling, payroll, cash management, shipping/receiving, inventory control and expense management.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards and execute floor changes; manage after-sales operations to ensure positive client experiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of retail management experience; luxury experience preferred.
• Proven track record of sales generation, client development and employee development.
• Strong leadership, communication, attention to detail, business acumen and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, POS, CRM and inventory management systems.
• Ability to work a retail schedule (evenings, weekends, holidays) and stand/walk for the majority of a 40-hour workweek.
