Team Manager

Summary

The Team Manager leads and develops the store team to deliver exceptional client experiences and achieve commercial objectives. This role oversees daily operations, inventory management, and product presentation while coaching and evaluating staff. Strong leadership, commercial acumen, and a focus on service excellence are required to drive performance and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, lead, motivate, and coach the team to achieve sales targets and deliver high-quality client service.
• Identify training needs, conduct performance evaluations, and support team development.
• Manage product assortment, inventory levels, and collaborate on visual merchandising to optimize presentation.
• Drive sales performance through goal setting, sales strategies, and collaboration with department colleagues.
• Oversee operational processes including shipping, receiving, and maintaining an organized store environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of management and sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory management.
• Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.
