Associate Gallery Leader

Summary

The Associate Gallery Leader oversees all facets of the Thousand Oaks gallery to deliver a luxury customer experience and support associate performance. They lead a cross-functional team focused on strategy and execution, coaching and empowering others to achieve results. This role requires a passion for luxury design and strong operational leadership.

Responsibilities

• Represent the RH brand through polished communication, appearance and professionalism
• Coach, lead and develop gallery teams to drive engagement and accountability
• Educate teams on product assortment and the RH design point of view
• Drive sales and operational results through strategic execution
• Recruit and attract talent at all levels for the gallery
• Address complex priorities and partner with People Team on HR matters
• Embrace change and remove obstacles to enable associates to deliver first-class service

Requirements

• 7+ years of leadership experience in high-end furniture, design showrooms, or luxury retail
• Superior organization, leadership and decision-making skills
• Proven ability to motivate, influence and inspire teams
• Exceptional attention to quality and detail; results-driven mindset
• Strategic and mental agility and willingness to learn from feedback
• Proficiency with Mac OS, Microsoft Office and Google applications
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs and perform prolonged standing and physical movement on the gallery floor
