Store Manager

Summary

The Store Manager is responsible for managing and operating a single San Diego boutique, driving sales performance while maintaining the brands luxury image and standards. This role focuses on achieving store sales goals, controlling expenses, managing inventory and ensuring exemplary client service through staff coaching and development.

Responsibilities

• Achieve store sales targets and maximize team productivity.
• Control store expenses and oversee inventory control and stock fill.
• Coach, train and develop staff; recruit top candidates and prepare personnel development plans.
• Maintain merchandising, store presentation, housekeeping and operational standards.
• Manage scheduling and conduct regular store meetings to align priorities and daily objectives.
• Recommend sales and marketing strategies and ensure effective communication with clients, staff and corporate.

Requirements

• 5+ years of high-volume retail management experience, preferably in the luxury sector.
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to assess priorities, meet deadlines and perform under pressure.
• Collaborative, proactive attitude with strong coaching and leadership skills.
