Summary

Lead KREWE's seasonal store at the World Equestrian Center, driving sales results and delivering a distinctive customer experience. Manage and inspire the team while maintaining the brand's visual and operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and KPI results and lead customers through every step of the sales cycle.
• Manage labor, scheduling, store operations, and hiring and training.
• Build relationships with customers and candidates, and plan and execute events.
• Inspire sales specialists, maintain visual standards, and advise customers on style.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of retail sales and management experience.
• Advanced knowledge of fashion trends and a strong interest in eyewear.
• Strong leadership, work ethic, and understanding of store operations.
• Goal-oriented, flexible, and able to manage multiple clients while delivering a distinctive customer experience.
