Responsibilities
- Lead team to achieve individual and store sales targets
- Analyze sales figures and retail KPIs to identify opportunities and drive performance
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are met and support changes to the visual environment
- Develop, train, coach, and motivate associates to meet sales objectives
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and employee relations with regional HR
- Manage day to day store operations including inventory accuracy and shrink control
- Maintain store operating budget and oversee processing of merchandise shipments
- Schedule staff effectively to cover peak hours and submit payroll records
Requirements
- 8+ years retail experience
- Minimum of 3+ years managing others in a customer service environment
- Proven experience motivating and developing team members through coaching
- Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze selling reports and retail KPIs
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational, follow up, and time management skills
- Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office
- Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
