Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed store sales goals through strategic planning and daily performance management.
- Analyze business trends and KPIs to identify opportunities to maximize productivity and conversion.
- Recommend localized sales and marketing strategies to support store performance.
- Ensure an elevated luxury client experience through coaching and service standard reinforcement.
- Lead clienteling, follow up, outreach, and relationship building.
- Monitor stock levels, replenishment, and assortment planning to support performance.
- Maintain high standards of store presentation, cleanliness, and maintenance.
- Recruit, onboard, and retain top talent aligned with brand values.
- Oversee scheduling, conduct weekly meetings, and lead daily briefings to align the team.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of high volume retail management experience.
- Luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow through.
- Demonstrated ability to problem solve and operate under pressure.
- Collaborative, proactive, hands on leadership style.
- Strong communication skills with ability to inspire and develop a team.
