Summary
The Store Manager is responsible for driving sales and profitability through merchandise, inventory, expense control, and people management. This role leads store strategy, ensures operational excellence, and cultivates client relationships to meet financial and service goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute store strategy and annual action plans to achieve sales and financial targets
- Monitor and communicate store KPIs and review profit and loss reports to implement action plans
- Manage store operations including recruiting, training, scheduling, payroll, and logistics
- Ensure high standards of customer service and manage clientele programs and CRM usage
- Oversee merchandising standards and collaborate with visual associates on product presentation
- Control expenses and adhere to banking cash handling and POS transaction procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment and meet physical job requirements
- Foster team development, conduct performance management, and identify training needs
Requirements
- Previous retail customer service experience in the luxury market
- Previous keyholder or management experience; multi-unit experience preferred
- Proven ability to build and maintain a client book and deliver elevated clienteling
- Strong financial management, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to stand and walk up to eight hours and lift up to 50 pounds
- Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of experience preferred
- Authorized to work in the United States and able to provide employment eligibility documentation
