Store Manager - The Shops At Crystals

Summary

The Store Manager is accountable for overall store performance at The Shops at Crystals, leading the team to achieve sales targets while delivering an exceptional client experience. This role owns business development, P&L, inventory accuracy, and the execution of visual and operational standards. The manager will recruit, mentor, and build succession plans to drive sustained growth and team engagement.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance and develop local sales strategies and action plans to grow revenue across product categories.
• Manage P&L, control costs, oversee inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and shrink prevention.
• Lead customer service standards, VIP clienteling, CRM usage, and private appointment culture.
• Plan and execute local events and incentives in collaboration with merchandising and retail events teams.
• Maintain merchandising standards and ensure bestsellers are merchandised appropriately on the sales floor.
• Recruit, train, develop, and evaluate staff, implement company policies, and create development plans.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years related experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Proven leadership with ability to motivate a sales team and deliver results.
• Experience with POS systems and inventory management functions; strong digital literacy.
• RTW experience preferred; foreign language skills a plus.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to lift up to 10 lbs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and strong organizational skills.
