Store Manager - Yorkdale Shopping Centre

As a Store Manager at Yorkdale Shopping Centre, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining clientele, overseeing store operations, and ensuring maximum sales and profitability. You will take a proactive approach to business trends and needs, while fostering an inspiring environment for engagement and learning.

• Maintain a full understanding of the business strategy to achieve sales and financial goals.
• Build store strategy and annual action plan for expected sales and financial achievements.
• Communicate and track store sales and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Review store schedules weekly for appropriate coverage and payroll management.
• Participate in all aspects of store operations, including recruiting and training store associates.
• Ensure staff are trained in customer service standards to provide a stellar customer experience.
• Maximize efficiency and protect business integrity by applying Store Operation policies.
• Lead and monitor store merchandise standards to align with the Company’s direction.

• Previous retail customer service experience in the luxury market.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• 4-year degree and/or equivalent combination of work experience.
• Experience in luxury/high-end clienteling environment.
• Elevated market awareness and networking skills.
