Summary
Provide daily operational and visual support for the shop in shop, ensuring product is stocked, organized and that visual standards are maintained while assisting with events and general department needs.
Responsibilities
- Maintain organization of back stock and selling floor.
- Keep shapewear boxes, panty consoles, racks and tables full and neat.
- Ensure fixtures are cleaned and maintained.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate low styles or sizes.
- Run replenishment stock lists and escalate monthly using provided templates.
- Constantly refill product throughout the day.
- Assist with special events setup, markdowns and relocating fixtures.
- Organize backroom and support general department tasks.
Requirements
- High level of ownership, accountability and initiative.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using a variety of technology and computer applications.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
- Ability to continuously move for 6-8 hours per shift with frequent bending and reaching.
- Frequent use of hands for grasping and manipulation.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
