Provide personalized styling and sales service at the Brookfield Place location, presenting ready to wear and custom products with confidence. Build client relationships through direct communication and participate in training to meet brand standards. Maintain store presentation and support store operations under leadership guidance.

Responsibilities

• Complete multi layer training to develop product and service expertise
• Present and educate customers on fit construction and style of merchandise
• Practice professional salesmanship to achieve personal and store sales metrics
• Build client loyalty through personalized service programs
• Ensure merchandise is properly and attractively displayed per visual guidelines
• Maintain store standards and operations to company expectations
• Perform other duties assigned by store leadership

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales hospitality or service
• Genuine interest in fashion and styling
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to perform successfully in a team based culture
• Flexible availability including nights weekends and holidays
• Willingness to travel to other stores and abroad
