Style Advisor

As a Style Advisor in San Francisco, you will bring your contagious energy and entrepreneurial spirit to our dynamic sales team. You will leverage your personal style and enthusiasm for fashion to build relationships and provide personalized styling advice to our clients.

• Participate in a comprehensive training cycle to align with brand expectations and develop your expertise.
• Present and educate customers on the fit, construction, and style of Suitsupply Ready to Wear and Custom-Made products.
• Practice professional salesmanship to achieve personal and store sales metrics.
• Build client loyalty through Suitsupply's Radically Personal program.
• Ensure merchandise is displayed attractively according to visual guidelines.
• Maintain store standards and operations as per company policies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the store leadership team.

• Previous experience in sales, hospitality, and/or service.
• Genuine interest in fashion and styling.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to perform successfully in a team-based culture.
• Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
