Style Advisor responsible for delivering personalized styling and sales experiences, building client relationships, and representing ready to wear and custom-made products. Role involves training participation, visual merchandising, and supporting store operations to meet sales metrics.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a multi-layered training program to develop product and sales expertise
• Present and educate customers on fit, construction, and style of products
• Perform professional salesmanship to achieve personal and store sales metrics
• Build and maintain client relationships through personalized service and loyalty programs
• Ensure merchandise is properly and attractively displayed following visual guidelines
• Maintain store standards and operational procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned by store leadership

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, hospitality, or service
• Genuine interest in fashion and styling
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a team-based culture
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Willingness to travel to other stores and abroad
