As a Stylist at Madison Ave, you will serve as an ambassador of the Maison, welcoming guests into the Chloe family. You will act as a trustworthy advisor to clients and a reliable team player, striving to provide the best experience possible.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and develop long-term relationships with clients.
• Engage in personalized reach-out campaigns and utilize clienteling tools to achieve CRM targets.
• Capture client data and maintain detailed notes on customer interactions.
• Utilize omnichannel services to grow sales and meet sales and KPI targets.
• Participate in trainings and commercial activities to enhance business performance.
• Ensure an impeccable store environment and support colleagues and managers in maintaining standards.
• Inform management of any structural repairs needed in the store.
• Implement store and BOH management guidelines and participate in inventories.
• Support after-sales clients and ensure impeccable after-sales service.

• 2+ years of experience in a retail setting.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to build relationships.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales targets.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining store standards.
