Responsibilities

• Provide confident, honest styling advice to help customers select complementary pieces.
• Create and maintain customer connections via in-store interactions, appointments, text, social media, and apps.
• Drive sales through outreach, appointment-setting, event promotion, and follow-up.
• Sell throughout multiple departments and adapt to varied merchandise and price points.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
