Summary
Serve as a role model for client relationship building and sales by meeting and exceeding KPI goals while supporting the store management team as Manager On Duty and performing operational functions to ensure a high quality client experience.
Responsibilities
- Act as Manager On Duty to ensure staff coverage and serve as first point of contact for associates and clients on the sales floor
- Meet and exceed monthly sales and KPI goals through client outreach, appointments and consignments
- Utilize client journey and selling techniques including cross-selling, multiple selling and upselling to maximize transactions
- Establish and maintain client profiles and nurture strong client relationships
- Coach staff on selling techniques and share feedback with management
- Perform opening and closing duties, register and back office procedures including merchandise transfers and consolidations
- Maintain visual standards including merchandise presentation, signage and lighting
- Contribute ideas in management meetings and autonomously prioritize tasks
- Support a fair and respectful environment for all associates
Requirements
- 3 years of previous retail sales or management experience in a customer service related field, preferably luxury
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs
- Strong leadership, communication and coaching skills
- Polished and well groomed professional appearance
- Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods and work required shifts including evenings, Saturdays and Sundays
- Available for annual inventory and entire holiday season
- Ability to climb a ladder and lift packages weighing 5-8 lbs regularly
