Support Associate (Operations)

Summary

The Support Associate (Operations) assists with stocking, receiving, order fulfillment, and merchandise handling to support store sales and customer experience. This role performs daily operational tasks in a Neiman Marcus store and reports to the RPSO Manager. The position involves physical tasks and a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Handle merchandise transfers processing of inbound and outbound freight
• Fulfill pack and ship online and store customer orders
• Complete merchandise placements to maintain presentation standards
• Perform price changes reticketing and move product as directed
• Manage damages mark outs of stock and inventory control processes
• Back stock and maintain stockroom organization
• Support merchandising setups take downs and in store events and activations
• Follow safety procedures on the dock and in all work areas

Requirements

• 1+ year of retail experience
• Ability to perform physical tasks including standing bending climbing stairs and lifting up to 35 pounds
• Demonstrated flexibility with competing tasks and collaborative mindset
• Basic proficiency with MS Office product suite
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
