Support Associate (Operations)

Summary

Support Associate performs stocking receiving order fulfillment and merchandise handling to maintain organization and support store sales and customer experience. Works under direction of RPSO Manager and store leadership and supports in-store events activations and daily operational tasks.

Responsibilities

• Handle merchandise transfers processing of inbound and outbound freight
• Fulfill pack and ship online and store customer orders
• Perform merchandise placements to maintain visual and merchandising standards
• Execute price changes reticketing and sign placement
• Manage returns damages mark outs and inventory control tasks
• Back stock organize and maintain stockroom
• Assist with setup and takedown of in-store events and activations
• Follow safety procedures on the dock and in work areas

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience
• Ability to multitask and work collaboratively with a team
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office products
• Ability to stand bend climb stairs and lift up to 35 pounds
• Flexible availability including evenings weekends and holidays
