Summary

Support Stock Associate provides back-of-house support for the CHANEL Ready to Wear boutique at the 59th Street store. The role focuses on receiving, unpacking, organizing inventory, and replenishing the sales floor to maintain merchandise availability. Works closely with sales staff and management to support inventory accuracy and store presentation.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, inspect, and process incoming merchandise shipments.
• Organize and maintain the stockroom, ensuring proper storage and labeling.
• Replenish the sales floor and assist with visual presentation setup as directed.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and update stock records to support accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and support loss prevention procedures.

Requirements

• 2+ years retail stockroom or inventory experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise and stand for extended periods.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable punctuality and availability to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
