Support Stock Associate - 59th Street

Summary

The Support Stock Associate is responsible for receiving, organizing, and replenishing merchandise to ensure inventory accuracy and a well stocked sales floor. This part-time role supports store operations by maintaining the stockroom, preparing merchandise for the sales floor, and assisting the retail team with visual and inventory needs. The associate will follow direction from store leadership and help uphold presentation and loss-prevention standards.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, inspect, and process incoming shipments; verify contents against packing lists and invoices.
• Label, tag, and prepare merchandise for sales floor replenishment and transfers.
• Maintain stockroom organization, cleanliness, and inventory accuracy.
• Support sales associates with restocking, merchandising, and floor moves as needed.

Requirements

• Previous retail or stockroom experience preferred; strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items (typically up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks regularly.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
