Summary

The Support Stock Associate is an in-store role based at the 59th Street location responsible for receiving, processing, and stocking merchandise. Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, and process incoming shipments; verify contents against packing lists.
• Price, tag, and prepare merchandise for the sales floor.
• Stock and replenish sales floor and backstock; maintain organized stockroom areas.
• Conduct inventory counts and assist with loss-prevention procedures.
• Maintain visual standards and keep stock areas clean and safe.
• Support sales associates with floor replenishment and customer requests as needed.

Requirements

• 2+ years of retail stock or warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise and stand for extended periods.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
