Support Stock Associate - 59th Street

Summary

Provide stockroom and inventory support for the sales floor by receiving, processing, and replenishing merchandise. Maintain accurate inventory records and an organized back-of-house while assisting with visual merchandising and floor setups. Collaborate with sales and loss prevention teams to ensure product availability and proper presentation.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, inspect, and process incoming shipments and deliveries.
• Label, sort, and organize merchandise in the stockroom for efficient retrieval.
• Replenish the sales floor and perform product transfers as directed by management.
• Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and discrepancy resolution.
• Support visual merchandising tasks and floor moves to maintain store presentation.
• Follow safety, housekeeping, and loss prevention procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ years retail or stockroom experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy boxes and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and basic inventory skills.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
