Summary

Provide professional tailoring and fitting services to deliver high quality garment alterations and customer service. Measure and fit customers, perform sewing alterations and complete fittings in a timely manner while following store guidelines and productivity expectations.

Responsibilities

• Measure customers for size and fit garments on customers
• Mark areas requiring alterations and perform sewing alterations
• Complete customer fittings and alterations on time
• Meet department and individual productivity goals
• Utilize store technology to manage customer alteration needs
• Collaborate with the Alterations and Store Team to deliver customer expectations
• Educate customers and employees on proper fit style and construction

Requirements

• Previous fitting tailoring and sewing experience preferred
• Preferred minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Clear professional communication with coworkers and customers
• Ability to stay organized and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
• Willingness to learn and safely operate sewing pressing machinery and alterations equipment
• Ability to embrace a flexible working schedule based on business needs
