Team Leader - Rodeo Drive

Summary

The Team Leader supports day-to-day management and mentors the Client Advisor team to ensure an elevated experience for new and existing clients. This role develops and maintains a strong personal client business while partnering with the Store Manager to achieve both quantitative and qualitative results. The Team Leader also acts as Manager on Duty when needed and helps deploy training and standards across the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with day-to-day management and lead by example on the sales floor
• Act as Manager on Duty in the Store Manager's absence and perform keyholder opening and closing duties
• Mentor Client Advisors, hold weekly meetings to review projections, and deploy training to improve sales performance
• Support visual merchandising standards and confidently lead VIPs and executives through the store
• Partner with BOH to manage consignments, stock control, paperwork, and distance orders
• Resolve internal and external conflicts and assist sales team with client interactions as necessary

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a retail environment
• 2+ years of experience in a supervisor or department manager role
• Proven experience driving positive customer interactions and achieving sales goals
• Strong verbal and written communication and excellent organizational skills
• Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
