Team Manager - Holt Renfrew

As a Team Manager at Gucci Holt Renfrew Vancouver, you will lead and inspire a dedicated team of Client Advisors to deliver the highest performance through a customer-centric attitude. You will be responsible for coaching and feedback on the selling floor to achieve business and product category goals, while representing the brand as a Gucci Ambassador.

• Support and coach Client Advisors to ensure a consistent client experience.
• Provide regular feedback to Client Advisors for ongoing development and motivation.
• Lead morning briefings and deliver key business communication and objectives.
• Develop and lead cross-category focus to ensure team sells all categories.
• Participate in attracting, recruiting, and onboarding a high-performing team.
• Lead and inspire team to execute a superior client experience.
• Achieve business objectives using company consumer management strategies.
• Lead execution of clienteling activities with clear goals and KPIs.
• Manage customer flow and resolve service issues to retain client relationships.
• Monitor performance of assigned categories and propose action plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments and maintain visual merchandising standards.

• 2-4 years of sales management experience in retail or luxury retail.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
• Ability to analyze selling reports and identify business trends.
• Proven ability to drive positive client experiences and deliver results.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
