Summary
The Team Manager leads store sales and client experience initiatives, motivating and coaching the team to achieve financial targets and uphold brand standards. This role supports the Store Manager in business planning, driving clientelling, and ensuring operational excellence across the department.
Responsibilities
- Drive team to exceed financial targets and maximize sales performance
- Support Store Manager in developing and implementing business plans and action plans
- Foster cross selling and up selling across product categories
- Ensure excellent client journey and actively build client relationships
- Coach and develop team through training and individual development plans
- Promote digital mindset and use of company tools to enhance client engagement
- Manage store care including inventory, cash procedures, back of house organization
- Identify talent and support internal development and succession planning
- Act as visible role model demonstrating sales leadership and brand values
