• Lead and mentor the store team, providing regular coaching and development.
• Support achievement of sales goals through proactive management and visibility on the sales floor.
• Build and maintain long term client relationships using clienteling tools.
• Ensure high standards of client experience are consistently met.
• Identify tailored training needs and facilitate team growth.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager on business and team performance strategies.
• Manage sales floor operations to improve business opportunities.
