Summary

The Team Manager partners with the Store Manager to own business and team performance, driving commercial results and exceptional client service in a luxury retail setting. This role requires strong people leadership, commercial acumen, and the ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, evolving store environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the sales team to deliver outstanding client experiences.
• Drive client and business development through clienteling and sales initiatives.
• Provide floor leadership and support selling activities to meet targets.
• Implement visual merchandising and action plans to enhance product performance.
• Oversee store operations in collaboration with the Store Manager.

Requirements

• Proven people leadership experience within luxury retail or a comparable retail environment.
• Commercially minded with an understanding of the luxury and local market.
• Strong coaching, clienteling, and visual merchandising skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment and deliver results.
