Team Manager Mens

Summary

Serve as a passionate Brand Ambassador and business leader for the mens department, driving sales performance and delivering an exceptional client journey. Lead and motivate the store team to achieve financial targets while promoting Prada standards and a client-centric culture. Support store operations and collaborate with the Store Manager on business plans and product performance. Maintain a visible sales leadership presence and foster a digital mindset within the team.

Responsibilities

• Drive the team to exceed financial targets and maximize sales through effective floor management and coaching.
• Support the Store Manager with business planning, product performance analysis, and action plans.
• Cultivate client relationships, lead clienteling initiatives, and handle customer complaints to preserve loyalty.
• Coach, develop and identify talent within the team; coordinate with HR and L&D on individual development plans.
• Ensure operational standards for cash activity, inventory, logistics and back-of-house organization are followed.
• Maintain product care and visual standards, and ensure mastery of company tools and digital applications.
