Summary
The Team Manager supports the Store Director in leading sales operations and security teams to meet commercial targets and elevate the store experience. This role provides managerial oversight in the Director's absence, coaches and develops team members, and ensures exceptional client service and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Coach guide and support sales and operations to drive commercial and profitability targets
- Provide management presence on the sales floor and model client centric service
- Drive client development activities and deepen client relationships to achieve sales targets
- Attract hire and retain top talent and deliver ongoing training and performance feedback
- Optimize hospitality and store amenities to create unique client experiences
- Manage back of house operations and ensure consistency with operational procedures
- Act on NPS and client feedback to improve customer service
- Ensure compliance with internal control procedures and champion operational efficiencies
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years retail or luxury retail store management or relevant customer related experience
- Proven track record in sales generation and achieving commercial results
- Flexibility to work non traditional hours including nights weekends and holidays
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office client tracking systems and point of sale systems
- Ability to develop and maintain client relationships and drive market penetration
- Capacity to perform various roles on the sales floor and in operations as needed
- Authorization to work in the United States
