Summary
The Team Manager supports the Store Director in leading sales operations and security teams to meet commercial targets and elevate the client experience. This role provides oversight of the store in the Director's absence, coaches and develops team members, and drives sales through client relationship management and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Coach guide and support sales and operations to achieve commercial and profitability targets
- Provide management presence on the sales floor and model exceptional client service
- Drive client development activities and deepen client relationships to meet sales KPIs
- Lead hiring training and retention efforts to cultivate high performance
- Utilize feedback and NPS to improve customer service and guest experience
- Optimize hospitality and store amenities to create unique client experiences
- Manage back of house operations and ensure compliance with internal control procedures
- Partner with the Store Director to set and communicate clear goals aligned to strategic priorities
- Identify and implement operational efficiencies and best practices
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years retail or luxury retail store management or related customer experience
- Proven track record in sales generation and achieving commercial results
- Flexibility to work days nights weekends and holidays
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office POS and client tracking systems
- Ability to develop and maintain client relationships and grow brand presence
- Capability to perform varied roles including sales floor and operations as needed
- Authorization to work in the United States
- College or university degree preferred
