Summary

Responsibilities
- Contribute to delivery roadmaps and plan monthly milestones for AI initiatives
- Monitor project execution, measure velocity, and perform capacity planning
- Facilitate cross team collaboration between engineering and product
- Drive process improvement using retrospectives and data driven insights
- Create technical documentation for AI tools frameworks and processes
- Design and execute learning and development programs to upskill teams
- Communicate project status performance dependencies risks and outcomes
- Utilize JIRA and project management tools to track progress and resources
Requirements
- 1+ years of professional experience in technical program management or related roles
- Experience with AI products or technologies
- Proficiency with JIRA and project management tools
- Experience creating technical documentation and educational content
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to influence decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering Business or related field
- Collaborative communication skills and comfort with cross functional teams
- Familiarity with agile development practices including sprint planning and retrospectives
