Summary
Temporary role supporting development execution and measurement of media initiatives across North America, focused on campaign execution, budget tracking, reporting, and cross-channel coordination for a luxury brand. The Specialist operates both strategically and hands-on while collaborating with global and cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Manage and track media budgets by channel and category for finance and reporting
- Monitor spend across collections campaigns and channels including production costs and agency fees
- Facilitate approval and tracking of media invoices with agencies and vendors
- Review and assist with approvals of media insertion orders
- Support execution trafficking and maintenance of advertising plans across media channels
- Assign and route creative assets within the marketing operations system to ensure timely delivery
- Manage project timelines with project management ensuring approvals milestones and deadlines are met
- Track analyze and report on media plan performance across channels
- Create and maintain campaign recap decks and support media presentations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing media retail marketing agency or brand management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and agency partners
- Strong verbal and written communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organized detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
- Analytical service-oriented mindset with appreciation for luxury style and design
- Prior experience managing budgets and coordinating with creative production or project teams preferred
