Summary

Provide personalized service and build lasting client relationships at the Rodeo Drive location. Achieve sales objectives while representing the brand and its heritage.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales objectives and individual KPI targets.
• Deliver personalized client service and share knowledge of products and brand heritage.
• Use CRM tools, maintain an accurate client book, and follow up on sales, events, and inquiries.
• Support store events, visual presentation, housekeeping, inventory control, and shipping and receiving.
• Collaborate with colleagues and follow company policies and image standards.
