Responsibilities

• Welcome clients warmly and create memorable holiday shopping experiences
• Support sales team with styling and client service
• Perform gift wrapping replenishment and checkout assistance
• Maintain elegant and organized client areas to brand standards
• Provide hospitality and personalized service throughout the client journey
• Assist with inventory and special projects as needed
• Support operational tasks during peak trading periods

Requirements

• Previous experience in luxury retail fashion or hospitality preferred
• Strong client service skills and passion for delivering world class experiences
• Ability to work evenings weekends and holidays during peak periods
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Comfort working in a fast paced retail environment
