Summary
Temporary Keyholder responsible for supporting store leadership in daily operations and delivering exceptional customer service in a luxury retail environment. This fixed term position runs through 31st December 2025 and requires supervising sales activities, maintaining merchandising standards, and assisting management with store responsibilities. Responsibilities
- Support store manager with management and coordination of daily store operations.
- Perform opening and closing procedures and maintain store security.
- Check in merchandise and assist with inventory handling and merchandising the sales floor.
- Prepare and make deposits as needed and follow cash protection procedures.
- Supervise sales transactions to ensure quick and accurate processing.
- Promote and sell products to maximize customer satisfaction and sales.
- Maintain and build a clientele book to encourage repeat business.
- Motivate and assist sales associates to meet and exceed sales objectives.
- Act as liaison between management and sales team on operational matters.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years luxury retail experience in a similar or supervisory role.
- Inspirational attitude that contributes to a positive team environment.
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with team members.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to operate independently with discretion and adapt quickly in a fast paced environment.
- Proficiency with personal computers POS systems and MS Office.
- Ability to influence negotiate and provide exceptional customer service.
