Job Description

Summary

Temporary Style Advisor responsible for delivering personalized client experiences, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets while representing the brand with enthusiasm and expertise. Role requires styling clients across product categories using an omni-channel approach and contributing to store operations and visual standards.

Responsibilities

  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
  • Apply an omni-channel approach to recommend merchandise across channels
  • Maintain up to date product and market knowledge to service client preferences
  • Deliver the brand selling ceremony and create memorable client experiences using personal style
  • Deepen client relationships through personalized outreach including notes, calls, and emails
  • Capture customer data through discovery of each guest
  • Support store operations including visual merchandising, inventory control, and after care
  • Act on client feedback and NPS performance to improve service

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 years sales, retail, hospitality or cross-industry experience
  • Proven history of driving sales and delivering results
  • Strong communication skills including written and verbal
  • Service oriented with excellent time management and client anticipation
  • Ability to build and cultivate new and existing client relationships
  • Familiarity with omnicommerce selling and clienteling practices
  • College level education preferred
