Training & Talent Development Manager

As a Training & Talent Development Manager at Louis Vuitton's California workshop in San Dimas, you will play a crucial role in implementing the talent development strategy and supporting the training policy. You will be responsible for ensuring the development of employees' skills and acting as an ambassador of the Brand.

• Roll out the talent development strategy and support managers and HR in implementing actions.
• Monitor talent through career interviews and manage People Reviews by business category.
• Implement projects for talent development, including career paths and skills assessment.
• Deploy a talent support program and contribute to defining career paths.
• Organize and promote the School of Skills within the workshop.
• Manage leatherworkers' career path campaigns and ensure timely completion of interviews.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects and monitor training performance indicators.
• Assist with talent acquisition support, including job descriptions and interview coordination.

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design.
• Strong business and customer focus with excellent presentation skills.
• Bilingual Spanish/English required; French language skills a plus.
