Summary
The VIE Global Trade supports the Retail Partnerships team at corporate headquarters to drive retailization of external boutiques through sales analysis, assortment review, and program roll-outs that elevate the client experience. This in-person 18-month assignment requires full-time dedication and close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to meet monthly sales budgets and implement retail excellence initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate sales forecast processes with Zones based on sell-out and stock coverage analysis
- Support Zones in achieving monthly sales targets by coordinating Merchandising Logistics and other stakeholders
- Review and revise monthly, quarterly, and annual budget plans
- Collaborate with Merchandising to ensure the right assortment and focus on key products for Trade stores
- Provide data visualization and analysis for internal sell-in and sell-out metrics and external market trends
- Animate the Trade community via calls newsletters and best practice sharing
- Support roll-out of client experience initiatives such as hospitality uniforms selling and training tools
- Assist in documenting and implementing management processes to improve business control and efficiency
- Contribute to ad-hoc projects and prepare presentations for internal and external teams
Requirements
- Higher education degree from a Business School University or equivalent
- Fluent in English verbally and in business writing
- 2+ years of retail or wholesale sales experience in the luxury industry
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced Excel skills and strong MS Office proficiency
- Experience with reporting and Business Intelligence projects with emphasis on Power BI
- Initiative comfort with numbers and strong interest in business development
- Attention to detail deadlines and strong time management skills
