Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients throughout the store and department to initiate the experience.
- Engage customers and offer personalized styling and product recommendations.
- Demonstrate selling and service behaviors to build lasting customer relationships.
- Follow up on customer requests and commitments in a timely manner.
- Handle transactions and promote store services smoothly at point of sale.
- Assist across sales floor, fitting room, and other store areas as needed.
- Maintain selling floor, process new receipts, replenish stock, and clean fitting rooms.
- Ensure merchandise protection standards and policies such as will-call and holds are met.
- Collaborate with store leaders and peers to meet goals and foster a positive team environment.
Requirements
- Styling experience in luxury fashion or strong knowledge of trends and designer brands.
- Effective communication skills and ability to build meaningful customer connections.
- Sales associate or customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift up to 30lb with or without accommodation.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency with technology and point of sale systems.
- Motivated and results driven with ability to set and achieve sales goals.
